Celebrating 100k Subs with this Mozart Flute Concerto drop! I just love the G Major flute concerto, be sure to check out TomPlay for the Orchestra Back-Tracks! Here are a few tidbits about this part of Mozart's life. This Flute Concerto was composed in 1778. Commissioned by the Dutch Flautist / Flutist Ferdinand De Jean. During this time Mozart composed 4 Flute Quartets and 3 Concertos. Mozart only finished 2 out of the 3 concertos. Notably, the opening of the second movement often resembles the famous theme from the Blue Danube Waltz and if you listen carefully in that movement you might hear some of the Princess Leia theme from Star Wars!

Allegro maestoso 00:00
Adagio ma non troppo 08:06
