'This is a Prime Minister dealing with two major crises. I'm not surprised he's not on top form'
Former Conservative MP Stewart Jackson has told talkRADIO he is "really not surprised" that Boris Johnson is "not on top form" given his workload.
Speaking to Mike Graham, Mr Jackson said the Prime Minister feeling exhausting is to be expected.
"Every Prime Minister leaves office completely knackered.
"This is a PM who is essentially facing two major crises.
"On top of that his fiancee's had a baby and he's been close to death. I'm surprised he looks knackered and I'm really not surprised he's not on top form 24/7 because he's had so much on his plate."
